with Swami Muktidharmananda and Swami Karma Karuna from Anahata Yoga Retreat
Our ways of being, relationships with each other and with nature, work life, food choices and health stem from our unconscious conditioning as well as from our active choices in each moment.
A life lived with intention becomes increasingly free from behaviours based on the past. It is a life lived consciously in which energy is liberated from the mental and physical tensions, allowing for expansion and manifestation of higher aspiration. Intentional living allows one to overcome and manage the inevitable difficulties which arise in life. It is a life that is more peaceful, balanced and joyful.
Learn how you can create the type of life you wish to live. Embrace the yoga of living more mindfully by learning practices which help to:
* identify and manage unconscious mental patterns;
* be more aligned with actions flowing from your sankalpa or higher aspiration;
